1. Overnight Oatmeal

Kathryn at Family Food on the Table has the perfect recipe for a filling breakfast for the whole family – her Overnight Oatmeal only takes 10 minutes to prepare! Just mix the base ingredients (oats, milk, Greek yogurt and chia seeds) and your favorite toppings (we recommend blueberries and mangoes) in a Ball® Quilted Crystal® Half-Pint 8 oz. Glass Mason Jar and let it refrigerate overnight. Make a large batch on Sunday night, and you'll have your breakfast for the entire week ready by Monday morning!
