Spread unsweetened almond butter onto your bread and then top it with thin slices of Manchego cheese and tart apples for a Spanish tapas-inspired sandwich.

This sandwich has all the same flavors as noodles in peanut sauce. Mix peanut butter with a little soy sauce, minced ginger, and garlic, to taste. Spread the spiced peanut butter onto your bread and sprinkle it with sliced green onions. Then layer chicken, sliced cucumbers, and thin strips of carrot between the slices of bread to make a pad Thai-like sandwich.

Spread pecan butter onto your bread and drizzle it with honey. Then, top the nut butter with slices of ham and Cheddar cheese. Grill the sandwich in a panini press, if desired.
Turn your pear and walnut salad into sandwich. Spread two slices of bread with walnut butter, top with arugula, sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese, and red onion. Then, drizzle the filling with a small amount of balsamic vinegar before closing the sandwich.
