Though there is a bit of cooking involved, these super delicious chai latte cupcakes are easy to make; they use a boxed cake mix and powdered instant chai latte mix. These tasty treats are well worth the effort — they taste just like a chai latte! Start by heating your oven to 350 degrees and dividing 24 paper baking cups between two muffin pans.
Combine a box of your favorite vanilla cake mix, 1½ cups of water, ⅓ cup of vegetable oil, 3 eggs, and 3 tablespoons of powdered instant chai latte tea mix.
When the cupcakes have cooled completely, melt ¾ cup white chocolate chips and add them to a container of your favorite vanilla frosting. Frost the top of the cupcakes.
Then, sprinkle the tops of your cupcakes with a small pinch of cinnamon and enjoy.
