Healthy Salads That Aren't Boring

One of the easiest ways to fall off the healthy-eating bandwagon is to eat foods that are boring, flavorless, an unsatisfying. Healthy salad recipes often get a bad rap because the majority are made with leafy greens and watery vegetables — they won't keep you full and won't offer much flavor. Luckily, there are a number of healthy salad recipes that are hearty and delicious.
