There’s no denying that lots of foods taste great when they’re grilled. Grilling adds deliciously crispy and smoky char to lots of foods and the heat from grill brings out their natural sweetness. If you’re already an expert when it comes to burgers, hot dogs, steaks, and chicken, why not try grilling up some of these other foods?
Grilling fruit is a great way to create lots of complex, caramel flavor. Any firm stone fruit will work in this recipe; if you can’t find nectarines, try peaches or plums.
Grilling your pizza is one of the most delicious ways to cook it; the crust gets charred and the whole pizza is infused with a subtle smokiness. This pizza is topped with tomatoes and mozzarella, but you could add anything you like.
