Coffee Find In Australia: FOUR BIRDS

Tucked off the trafficked path of Darwin's central Mall is Four Birds cafe – a quaint spot with shaded patio seating for people watching and a white chalked board scribbled with the orders of the day, from awesome Aussie toasties and the requisite caffeinated sippers. This is where I sat and reveled in my deliciously dark and strong Long Black (akin to a double espresso), a requisite of mine when in Australia. Just as I remembered, it soothed my soul and capped a lovely day of open-air perusing off the port of Darwin.
