Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce skyy infusions coconut
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce club soda

Directions

  1. Combine Skyy Infusions Coconut, lemon juice and simple syrup in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of lemon.
