Cockroach Clusters (White Chocolate Walnut Clusters) Recipe



These bite-sized candies are perfect to serve for dessert or along with an after-dinner cup of coffee. They also make for a great hostess gift.


  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts


Fill a saucepan halfway with water and bring to a rolling boil, then cover with a glass-mixing bowl. Once in place, add the white chocolate, butter, and honey and stir until melted. Remove from heat. 

Place a small mound of walnuts equally spaced apart onto a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Spoon the melted chocolate over the walnuts. Once finished, place the clusters in the refrigerator for an hour to set before serving.
