- 1 bag of white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Fill a saucepan halfway with water and bring to a rolling boil, then cover with a glass-mixing bowl. Once in place, add the white chocolate, butter, and honey and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Place a small mound of walnuts equally spaced apart onto a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Spoon the melted chocolate over the walnuts. Once finished, place the clusters in the refrigerator for an hour to set before serving.
