- 2 Ounces Kentucky bourbon
- ¾ Ounce mint-infused simple syrup
- Crushed ice
- 1 mint sprig for garnish
Add a ½ cup of crushed ice into the bottom of a chilled julep cup. Pour in bourbon and simple syrup, stir, and garnish with mint sprig. Sip and enjoy.
