Christmas Songs That Make Us Hungry

'Tis the season to deck the halls with visions of sugar plums, candy canes, and a whole lot of gingerbread, both in our bellies and in the air. As food never falls far from our thoughts at TDM, holiday songs with food (or drink) in the lyrics are on our minds this year.

Hosting a holiday party? Challenge guests to a game where they have to match the holiday carol with  the lyrics. We put together a list of eight of our favorite Christmas carol lyrics that are sure to make anyone hungry and matched them with three carols (one of which is right). Hosting a holiday get-together? It's the perfect way to segue from cocktails to a holiday karaoke night — or warm up for some caroling.
