Ingredients

  • 2 ounces El Jimador Reposado
  • 1/4 ounce chipotle adobo
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce Agave Nectar
  • Fresh Pineapple, cut into wedges
  • Chili powder, for garnish

Directions

Muddle pineapple and chipotle vigorously with a cocktail muddler in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker partway with ice and add the remaining ingredients. Shake. Garnish with a chili-dusted pineapple.
