41 Degrees Experience

In case you were going through withdrawals from the lack of Adrià news lately, Eater brings us this preview for 41 Degrees, Albert Adrià's Barcelona cocktail-driven project.

Apparently, the restaurant from Ferran Adrià's brother has moved on from cocktails to a 41-course tasting menu, complete with a ticketing system similar to Grant Achatz's Next. Ticket buyers pay €200 when making their reservation, with 16 seats available in the restaurant.

The new menu contains 50 dishes, most of which are new. Co-owner Juan Carlos Iglesias told Eater that the team hopes to turn it into "one of the greatest restaurants in the world," and working with elBulli veterans, it's likely.

Also on display, and completing the "41 Degrees Experience," is "Frosted Rain," an art piece which projects images and shapes over a 20,000-crystal sculpture. Check out the mysterious video below, and tickets are still reportedly available for the current window.
