In honor of New York Fashion Week, Royalton is offering a "fall collection" of drink specials (paired with amuse bouches) that are sure to make your fashionista giddy.

Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce passion fruit skyy vodka
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- dash of fees peach bitters
- 3 ounce champagne
- 1/4 ounce pomegranate juice
Directions
- Shake and strain into flute; top with champagne and pomegranate juice. Float 3 Pom seeds for garnish dropped in bottom of flute.
