Five culinary experts will join Holland America Line’s Culinary Arts Center program in July. The Culinary Arts Center program provides guests opportunities to enhance their culinary dexterity.
Chef Kevin Sbraga, food stylist Denise Vivaldo, entrepreneur Sonia Hunt, chef Angelo Sosa, and chef Jonathon Sawyer will enlighten cruise passengers with their culinary talents and expertise on each of Holland America Line’s 15 cruise ships.
The culinary quintet will conduct cooking demonstrations as well as hands-on classes in Holland America Line’s show kitchens. Other activities include food tastings, cooking shows, wine tastings, cooking classes for adults and children, presentations, as well as Q&A and photo sessions with the culinary celebrities.
