CasaNova Cocktail Recipe


On the menu at New York City's new Italian restaurant, Casa Nonna, is this signature cocktail made with grapefruit vodka, Aperol, clover honey syrup, and citrus juice.


  • 1 ¾ ounces Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce clover honey syrup
  • 1 ounce fresh orange juice
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Lime zest, for garnish


Add all of the liquid ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Shake then strain over fresh ice into a double rocks glass. Garnish with lime zest to serve.
