This vermouth is made from a recipe that has been unchanged since 1786. It’s produced from white wine and mountain herbs. This is the most classic way to enjoy it is in a Negroni. This recipe is courtesy of award winning mixologist Jason Patz.

Ingredients

1 ounce antica formula
1 ounce gin
1 dash of bitters
1 orange wedge
1 handful ice

Directions

Fill a flat short tumbler with ice. Pour bitters, Antica Formula, and gin into a glass. Stir gently and garnish with an orange wedge.
