From the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa comes the Caribbean Mabuko rum cocktail. This beverage combines several different flavors in order to create this creative cocktail. Rum, apple juice, grenadine, and a pinch of a Bhut Jolokia Pepper are shaken together and served over ice.

- 2 ounce bacardi dragon berry
- 2 ounce monin mango spice
- 3 ounce apple juice
- dash of grenadine
- pinch of bhut jolokia pepper
Directions
- Shake together all ingredients and serve over ice with a pinch of Bhut Jolokia pepper.
