Cantaloupe-Lime Smoothie Recipe

This recipe is refreshing and has fewer calories than a standard smoothie — throw in a fresh peach if they're in season, too!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups fresh, chopped cantaloupe
  • juice from 1 fresh lime

Directions

Blend with ice until smooth and frothy. Throw in a peach or some fresh ginger for a grown-up twist!
