Brooklyn Athletic Club: A Mix Of Brooklyn, Houston, And The Hamptons

Opened less than a month ago, Brooklyn Athletic Club was inspired by the old-school social clubs of the co-founders grandparents back in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Brooklyn Athletic Club is made up of two sides with two distinctly different vibes. The first side, the ClubHouse, is an upscale diner with food to match. The second side is a patio area that offers mini croquet, fire pits, putting cups, and s'mores.

Eater shares its fantastic space for boccee ball and horseshoes, as well as a croquet court (really) and an area designated for badminton and volleyball. Its casual vibe, plus its extensive craft beer, wine, and cocktail list, has made it a hotspot in Houston in a short amount of time.

Signature drinks include the Three Blind Mice Rum Punch and the North & South Mint Julep, made with Hudson Baby Bourbon whiskey.
