1785 Inn's Blueberry Mojito.
Muddle the mint and simple syrup together in a 16-ounce bar glass; squeeze the lemon quarters into the mixture, add the ice, blueberry vodka, and sparkling water. Stir well, pour into a 15-ounce hurricane glass, add a sprig of fresh mint on top, and serve with a cocktail straw. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
We infuse our own blueberry vodka by marinating blueberries in a good vodka for 6 to 8 weeks (1/3 blueberries and 2/3 vodka), then strain off the vodka and refrigerate it.
