Tommy Bahama's Restaurant & Bar in Midtown concocted this Blue Hawaiian for summer - if you're looking for a festive array of cocktails to serve on the Fourth of July, it would be great to serve with the Coconut Cloud Martini and Strawberry Daquiri also created by Tommy Bahama's Restaurant & Marlin Bar!
Ingredients
- 1.5 Ounces Brugal Blanco Rum
- 1.5 Ounces Coco Lopez
- 2.5 Ounces Pineapple Juice
- 1 Ounce Blue Curacao
Directions
Build in a Boston shaker over ice. Shake vigorously, strain over fresh ice.
