Biking To Atlanta's Wine Bars
Looking for a summer evening activity? Ride your bike to a wine bar in your neighborhood–fun and fitness combined! This month we'll tell all you Atlantans where to go in your neighborhood.
1. Krog Bar (Inman Park): If you're feeling social, pedal around the corner to Krog, where their communal seating will put you at the same table as your new best friends. Outdoor seating, small bites, and a navigable wine list complete the experience.
2. Cellar 56 (Buckhead): Delicious, affordable bites and eclectic, affordable wines make this neighborhood wine bar a must-visit.
3. Top Flr (Midtown): Stretch your legs after a long day at work by cruising over to Top Flr, a romantic spot where the Monday pre-fixe menu is $15 and the wine menu can change hourly based on the availability of wines from the tiny producers that fill the menu.
4. Murphy's (Virginia-Highlands): Residents of historic, tree-filled Virginia-Highlands know Murphy's for its brunch, but if you're looking for something to do on a Tuesday night, sign up for one of Murphy's weekly themed tastings ("Champagne vs. Sparkling" anyone?).
