Come fall, pumpkin spice is everywhere—and now cookie dough is getting in on the action. This version is made without eggs, so you can enjoy it straight out of the bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
  • 2 Teaspoons salt
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 sticks butter (at room temperature)
  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree mix

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, except the chocolate chips.

Mix everything until all ingredients are fully combined.

Mix in the chocolate chips and refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden.
