- 1 Cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 sticks butter (at room temperature)
- 2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree mix
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, except the chocolate chips.
Mix everything until all ingredients are fully combined.
Mix in the chocolate chips and refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden.
