- 12 Ounces medium noodles
- 1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup oil
Cook noodles; drain.
In large bowl, combine noodles with remaining kugel ingredients (not the topping).
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over noodle mixture.
Bake in a nine- by 13-inch pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about one hour or until top is golden.
