- 1/4 Cup Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 4 slices cinnamon swirl bread
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub
Heat large skillet over medium heat.
Meanwhile, spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place banana evenly over 2 slices; top with remaining bread slices, peanut butter-side down.
Spread outsides of each sandwich with Parkay.
Place in skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Cut in half to serve.
