Take classic pancakes to the next level by topping them with confetti sprinkles. For maximum color fold the sprinkles into the pancake batter.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (15.25 oz each) Duncan Hines® Classic White Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 2-1/2 Cups milk, plus more if needed
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 Cup confetti sprinkles

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed, adding in additional milk if a thinner consistency is desired.

Spray large nonstick skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium.

Ladle about 1/3 cup batter onto hot griddle and cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
