Cake Mix Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg (15.25 oz each) duncan hines® classic white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2-1/2 cup milk, plus more if needed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup confetti sprinkles
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed, adding in additional milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
  2. Spray large nonstick skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium.
  3. Ladle about 1/3 cup batter onto hot griddle and cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
