Best Of The Celebrity-Branded Liquors

Hot on the heels of the announcement that infamous porn star Ron Jeremy will soon be releasing his own line of "adult" rum, Ron de Jeremy, we bring you a round-up of some of the best (and most surprising) celeb-backed liquors.

Crystal Head Vodka

Marketing ploy or genuine enthusiasm — doesn't make a difference. This video of Dan Ackroyd promoting his premium vodka and its signature crystal skull-shaped bottle will have you one foot out the door to the liquor store out of sheer curiosity.

Roberto Cavalli Vodka

This ultra-premium spirit from the legendary fashion designer is, not surprisingly, very Italian. Italian water, Italian grain, and per the website, filtered through crushed Italian marble.

Trump Vodka

Can you think of a product this mega-mogul wouldn't put his name on? Released in fall of 2006, this seriously luxe spirit is "quintuple distilled" (cue the eye rolls) and bills itself as "the world's finest super premium vodka."

Danny DeVito Premium Limoncello

Danny DeVito's seemingly still-drunk-on-limoncello appearance on The View couldn't have provided better marketing for his branded limoncello. Released not long after the episode aired, the organic and all-natural spirit is proudly made with lemons from Sorrento, Italy.

Le Flav Spirits

For those of you experiencing Flavor of Love withdrawl, we bring good news! The Public Enemy hype man and reality TV star recently announced that he would be trying his hand at the alcohol industry. He tells fans to expect his branded vodka (in flavors like bubble gum, olive, and sweet tea) to hit stores in January.

Mansinthe

Ecclectic shock-rocker and artist, Marilyn Manson, actually won a gold medal at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition for his branded absinthe. Even the label art is his own creation.

Old Whiskey River Bourbon

No, Willie Nelson's small-batch six year aged Kentucky bourbon isn't laced with any illegal extras. But it does come with a signature pick.

901 Silver Tequila

Unless you are a die-hard Justin Timberlake fan, you might not know that the superstar entertainer is behind this brand of hand-crafted, ultra-premium tequila. Made with 100% Blue Weber Agave, the name supposedly references the area code of Timberlake's native Memphis.

Conjure Cognac

Rapper Ludacris even spent time in France learning the art of making cognac to perfect his signature brand, which is a collaboration with renowned cognac house, Birkedal Hartmann.

Tres Rios Tequila

Former Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil is totally giving a "take us away again to Margaritaville" vibe in the photo on his signature tequila. According to the website, the name of this 100% agave spirit came from an experience when the singer "found himself resting at the crossroads of three lush rivers and he imagined they were flowing with the world's most supreme tequila."

Cabo Wabo Tequila

Rock legend Sammy Hagar has made bank on this premium Weber Blue Agave tequila. It was apparently the second best selling tequila in the U.S. at one time, and in 2007, he sold 80% of his share in the company for $80 million.
