Ben & Jerry's Settles Porn Lawsuit

Oh Caballero Video, you were definitely onto something. The southern Califronia pornography studio has finally reached an agreement with Ben & Jerry's to stop releasing DVDs and other X-rated products that rip off B&J ice cream flavors, slogans, and designs, Reuters reports.

The food-themed titles like "Boston Cream Thighs" and "Peanut Butter D-Cups" first made it into the news circuit last year when family-friendly Ben & Jerry's sued the porn company for trademark infringement.

Back then, the ice cream company was demanding all of Caballero's profits from the B&J-themed movies, which not only featured titles similar to flavor names, but also similar design elements on the packaging, including white clouds and grazing cows, and the slogan "Porno's Finest" (Ben & Jerry's uses "Vermont's Finest").

The studio has agreed to not release any of the DVDs, and although Ben & Jerry's also demanded all the movies delivered "for destruction" and compensation, details of the settlement have not yet been released.
