Basil Collins Cocktail

It's finally starting to feel like spring, and the warmer weather means it's time for cooler cocktails. John McCarthy of Mulberry Project and NOLET'S has a recipe for a cocktail called the Basil Collins that is perfect for enjoying outdoors or just to get a taste of spring flavors. He combines light ingredients like honey and lemon with one of the most fragrant herbs for a cocktail: basil. He tops it off with a refreshing amount of gin to create a cocktail that is perfect for day or evening. It's easy enough that it can be made any night at home, but also is complex enough to be great for a party!
