Banana Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ground nutmeg, for garnish

Directions

 In a blender, blend the almond milk, yogurt, bananas, and cinnnamon together. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little nutmeg on the top.
