Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, cut in half, pit removed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon, cooked and crispy
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Squeeze the lemon juice over the avocado. Stuff each avoacdo halve with the crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
