- Fresh mint
- 1 bar spoon tamarind purée
- 2 oz Evan Williams Black Label Bourbon
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 oz Allspice Dram Liqueur
Smack a handful of mint to release the oil (no muddling!).
Add all of the ingredients to a pint glass and shake vigorously.
Strain, and serve into a Martini glass, or strain and serve over fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
