Experience

Rachael is an editor and writer with more than 11 years of experience. During that time, she has covered food and drink, lifestyle, automotive, travel, books, tech, and TV. She started out in the B2B automotive industry, before moving into the consumer world at AutoTrader, writing news, features, reviews, and consumer advice. She also developed and featured in the first all-women car review video series, “The REV Test.” Rachael then realized it was time to make the full-time move into food and drink, her biggest passions. After a few months as editor of Casual Dining and Pub & Bar magazines, she was headhunted to take on the role of editor at FoodTribe, the sister site to DriveTribe, owned by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May. After FoodTribe, she was editor of loveFOOD, before joining the Static Media team, and writing and editing for other publications including Club Oenologique.

Education

Rachael has a master’s degree in Magazine Journalism from Cardiff University, and a bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Birmingham.
