Experience
Aspen has been writing for as long as she can remember, typing away as soon as she could get her hands on a keyboard. Although her professional writing experience started when she wrote for and copyedited UW-Madison's Grow magazine in college, her love for expressing her opinions was exercised in her high school's newspaper club, The Index. Aspen also wrote for the Midwestern Citizen for many years during her undergraduate career, where she covered the latest news in law, policy, and society.
Education
Aspen has a bachelor's degree in legal studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, as well as a certificate in history.
