- 3/4 cup freixenet cordon negro extra dry, chilled
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1/4 cup apricot nectar, chilled
Directions
- Pour apricot nectar into a chilled flute and top with the chilled cava. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
