- 1/2 ounce st. germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounce aperol
- 1 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
- 3/4 ounce peach juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- sparkling cava wine to top
Directions
- Served in a Collins glass over ice and garnished with grapefruit peel.
