The Aperol Paloma Cocktail

Aperol is one hot ingredient this summer, and San Francisco's Foreign Cinema knows how to use it. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ounce st. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 Ounce Aperol
  • 1 1/2 Ounce grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 Ounces peach juice
  • 1/2 Ounce lime juice
  • sparkling cava wine to top

Directions

Served in a Collins glass over ice and garnished with grapefruit peel.
