Anthony Bourdain Going On Tour Titled 'Guts And Glory'

Of course Bourdain would go on tour; despite all the chatter that chefs and food personalities are most definitely not the next rock stars, it doesn't mean they can't go around the country and just talk to a big audience.

Titled "Guts and Glory: An Evening with Anthony Bourdain," the tour will be hitting up Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Maryland, Ohio, and Connecticut. There are even special appearances with BFF Eric Ripert (in a spin-off aptly branded "Good vs. Evil.")

Most tickets are on sale or on pre-sale now, with Helen Cho tipping us off with the pre-sale code "HANGOUT."

A quick glance at prices shows tickets starting in the $40 range, and VIPs up in the $250 area. Not too bad, but considering there's no information on whether these shows will be a Q&A session, a cooking demo, or him tap dancing to Frank Sinatra. We're not sure what to expect (all of the above?), but check out the website for more tour dates and information.
