3 Recipes To See From The Culinary Content Network

Meet Christine Ma of Cherry on My Sundae. Ma is a culinary school graduate and private chef, caterer, and cooking instructor. When she's not helping others with her delicious skills, she shares her expertise on her blog through recipes that she's created or adapted, which are all beautifully tested and always mouthwatering. Each recipe is not only given her own special touch, but it comes with helpful hints and suggestions from Ma, accompanied by her own beautiful photography. Here are five reasons we think she'll soon become the cherry to your sundae.

Ma is an expert at adapting recipes. This one for a crispy pork belly and watermelon salad is a great example of how she takes something she sees somewhere else and transforms it into a homemade meal. Because she's miles from Zak Pelaccio's Fatty Cue in New York City, she decided to try this salad out for herself after she saw it on Food Network's Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. The results are perfect.

For a taste of the South, she adapted this mouthwatering pork po'boy from Food & Wine magazine and serves it with a spicy remoulade.

And for dessert, easy peanut butter and Nutella muffins hit the spot.
