Del Taco's Tacoberfest Is Here With 31 Days Of Deals

If you're anything like Lily Tomlin's character in "Grace and Frankie," you regard Del Taco not only as a clean, well-lighted place for reliably tasty Americanized Mexican cuisine, but also as a lair in which to think up your master plans. The show is peppered with cameos from the fast-food chain throughout its seven seasons, including an episode where Frankie (Tomlin) introduces Grace (Jane Fonda) to Del Taco for the first time. It may be an example of not-so-subliminal advertising, but it made Del Taco a worm in the ears of many fans of the show.

The Tex-Mex-style fare at the franchise is bolstered by the proverbial trifecta of American fast food menu items (burgers, fries, and shakes), making it a good pitstop for when you're craving a little but of everything. If you're a Del Taco fan who's looking for an excuse to barrel through the whole menu, you'll be glad to know that the chain is back with Tacoberfest, which brings deals that last through all 31 days of spooky season (via Del Taco).

Treats for taco tricksters

The chain has made a Halloween advent calendar of sorts that outlines the deals in store for each day of October. On Friday, October 7, for instance, customers can take advantage of a buy-one-get-one deal on original Del Taco hard-shell tacos. The next day (and every Saturday for the rest of the month), the chain will knock $2 off orders of six grilled chicken tacos. On Sundays, party people can get $3 off Fiesta Packs, which come with a mix of burritos and tacos.

The special promotions are available through the Deal Yeah! rewards app, so members will benefit the most from Tactoberfest. In Taco Tuesday tradition, rewards members can head to their nearest Del Taco every Tuesday this month to load up on double points. If you don't eat meat, swing by on October 20 for a free Beyond taco with any purchase of $3 or more.
