Pizza without tomato sauce isn't pizza. But even before I noticed that, I saw the telltale burnt crust that means you might as well just buy a bag of charcoal briquets and nosh on those. When I get burnt pizza, I send it back!
Trust me, it IS pizza and IT really should be tried. As to the crust, it is the result of a coal brick oven and is quite delectable and tastes nothing like charcoal and is only on the edges and adds to the taste of all pies, not just the sauceless non clam pizza. Open your horizons beyond your dominos/papa john reality.
