A Baker In London Created The Ultimate Unicorn Wedding Cake

The unicorn food trend is still going strong, with the colorful theme taking over everything from sparkly bottled water to magical pop-up cafés. One baker in London has created the ultimate unicorn food, and it comes in the form of a giant wedding cake.

Reshmi Bennett, a self-proclaimed cake "artiste" and confectionery visionary, is the mastermind behind Anges de Sucre's Unicorn Croquembouche Wedding Cake.

According to the bakery's website, the croquembouche is 100 percent cake with layers of chocolate and vanilla sponges and frosted with "silken vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate glaze."

The cake tower is decorated with colorful and adorable desserts including "sprinkle glazed choux buns and eclairs, baked buttermilk doughnuts, assorted macarons, Ferrero Rocher and 'soft-serve' buttercream cones, piped buttercream flowers, chocolate pearls, and candied popcorn with subtle silver lustre and sparkle."

In addition to the option of adding a message on the cake, the colors of buttercream, macarons, and doughnuts can be customized for an additional cost.

The unicorn cake comes in two sizes: medium (which serves up to 45 people) and large (which serves up to 80 people).

The cake is available to order online for delivery throughout London and the United Kingdom for $1,030, with shipping charges depending on the location of delivery.
