Jerry Seinfeld's 'Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee' To Premiere In January
Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee will start the new year off the right way with stars like Kristen Wiig, Christoph Waltz, and Lewis Black slated to appear throughout the season, which premieres Jan. 5.
The show, which first aired in 2012, features Seinfeld driving around in vintage cars and picking up coffee at restaurants with his celebrity guests, according to Business Insider.
Now going into its ninth season, Seinfeld told Rolling Stone that he didn't think the show would resonate the way it has.
"I really did the show for comedy geeks," Seinfeld said. "It was like a little garage project for me."
Guests in past seasons have included Alec Baldwin, David Letterman, Tina Fey, Sarah Jessica Parker, and even President Barack Obama.
Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee will air a new episode every Thursday on the online video distributor site, Crackle, for six weeks.
