Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams Pop-Up Moves To Gansevoort Market

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, the Ohio-based artisan ice creamery which has received recognition from the James Beard Foundation, The New York Times, The Atlantic, and Time magazine, among other organizations, has moved its New York City pop-up to Gansevoort Market in the Meatpacking district.

Jeni's pop-up first opened in Gotham West Market as a temporary summer location, and now joins other well-loved vendors like Ed's Lobster Bar, Feel Food, Bruffin Café, and Dana's Bakery. In New York City, Jeni's exclusive flavor, Milk Chocolate Bombay N.3, uses spices from chef-favorite Lior Lev Sercarz of Manhattan's spice shop, La Boîte.

"We had a blast operating our pop-up in Hell's Kitchen and are glad we were able to extend our stay and get to know our neighbors," says Jeni's founder Jeni Britton Bauer.

"Gansevoort Market is an exciting new chapter for us. The Meatpacking District is such a vibrant, bustling neighborhood. We look forward to making new friends and to sharing our ice creams with downtown New York City."

In celebration of Black Friday, November28, Jeni's at Gansevoort will offer free upgrades from smalls (two scoops) to trios (three scoops) from noon until close.
