Not only is April Grilled Cheese Month, but today is Grilled Cheese Day — double whammy! While the classic one slice-two slice diner staple still remains a favorite of children, adults, and those in need of a good hangover cure, things have gotten a bit more complex over time.

Since we’re all about making home-cooked food gourmet here in Entertain, why not host a gourmet grilled cheese get-together? Create a do-it-yourself bar, consisting of various types of breads, cheeses, fillers, and condiments. Have guests create concoctions based on their cravings, and everyone can swap ideas in the end.
