Even if you don’t possess super crafting powers, there are projects that you can do in a few simple steps that will wow any guests. Don’t believe us? Just try this easy DIY project and prepare for the barrage of compliments you’ll get from all who pop by your home:

You’ll Need:

  • 2 sponge paint brushes
  • Mod Podge
  • Scrapbook paper
  • Exact-O knife
  • Wood lettering
  • Paint
  • Stencils
  • Three pieces of ribbon, measured and cut to 6 inches
  • Hot glue gun and hot glue

Step One:

Brush the letter in Modge Podge and place the letter face down on the blank side of the scrapbook paper. Allow it to dry completely.

Step Two:

Use an exact-o knife and very carefully cut out the paper to it fits exactly to the letter's shape.

Step Three:

Place stencil on the paper and paint using your other sponge brush and paint. Allow to dry completely.

Step Four:

Using a hot glue gun, glue your measured ribbon onto the back of the letter to creat a hook to hang your letters.
