Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¾ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoons honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Salad

  • 6 ounces baby spinach leaves
  • 10-12 strawberries, halved
  • 3-4 tablespoons dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers

Directions

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Mix together all ingredients in medium-sized bowl. Whisk until blended and smooth.

Salad

Put spinach and strawberries in large bowl. Dress salad evenly. Top with crumbled feta and almond slivers.
