Sesame Mint Vinaigrette Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
  • ½ teaspoon whole fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1–2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, crushed then chopped
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lightly toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cup light olive oil


Add all the ingredients in the order given to a mixing bowl. Blend well and chill. Store in a covered glass jar in the fridge.
