Ingredients
  • 1 8-ounce box, dry macaroni pasta, such as banza
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup arugula, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegan (or regular) mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
  2. In a large bowl, add all remaining ingredients and combine. Add cold pasta and stir to combine.
