Justin’s Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 Cup peanut butter, such as Justins
- 1 Cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, sugar, and egg with an electric mixer.
Roll the dough into 2-inch balls and place onto two greased baking sheets, and then press slightly to flatten.
Bake until the edges are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
